QURAN 5:70 SEEMS NOT TO CONDEMN JEWS AND SABIANS THAT BELIEVE THE LAST JUDGMENT DAY

Quran 3:70, "Surely, those who have believed, and the Jews, and the Sabians, and the Christians - whoso believes in Allah and the Last Day and does good deeds, on them shall come no fear, nor shall they grieve."

As the phrase, the Jews..and the Christians, is mentioned in Quran 3:70 with the phrase, believes in Allah and the Last Day and does good deeds, it implies that Jews and Christians could be saved from the Last Judgment Day provided that they believe the Last Day and Allah and do good deeds. However, if these Jews and Christians do not believe the Last Day and Allah and do not do good deeds, they will be condemned.

From the above analysis, Quran 5:70 seems to provide a clue that Christians and Jews could be saved if they believe in Allah and the Last Judgment Day.
