Now, this time you will be able to suspect what must be, in this case a Medina verse in a Meccan Sura. So check Q74 or Surat al-Mudathir (al-Mutadathir just fixing the incorrect Arabic):

Hint: Verse 31

It is long and very convoluted and poor syntax and nothing spiritual as the rest of the Sura

Why is Mr. Khattab silent? ignorance or not telling the truth?

BTW: I do believe that the subject of the Sura the one who was "wrapped in a clock" is Jesus and this is more likely than not a Syriac hymn
