Abdullah! You simply extract the verses from Holy Quran without reading the whole book and jump into the conclusion that Allah encourages holy war. Indeed, if you have browsed through the Holy Quran, you should discover that Allah discourages holy war.

As you have quoted verses from Quran, the same I have to quote to defend the truth:

Allah is never against the children of Israel since Quran 2:40, "O children of Israel call to mind the (special favour) which I bestowed upon you". The same is in Quran 2:47, "Children of Israel, call to mind (the special) favour which I bestowed upon you, and that I PREFERRED YOU TO ALL OTHER (my message)".

Allah is never against all other religions since Quran 2:62, "Those who believe (in the Quran), and those who follow the Jewish (scriptures), and the Christians and the Sabians, - any who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and work righteousness, shall have their reward with their Lord; on them shall be no fear, nor shall they grieve".

The phrase, work righteouesness, in Quran 2:62 demands us to do good to the society instead of vandalism, riot and etc.

Perhaps, many Muslims countries have mis-interpreted the Holy Quran to cause trouble in the society.
