QURAN 9:13 SUPPORT THAT MUSLIMS SHOULD ONLY FIGHT WHEN NON-MUSLIMS START THEIR FIGHT

Quran 9:13, "Will you not fight a people who have violated their oaths (pagans of Makkah), and intended to expel the Messenger while they did attack you first? Do you fear them? Allah has more right that you should fear Him if you are believers." The phrase, they did attack you first, in Quran 9:13 provides a strong proof that muslims only fight when non-muslims start their fighting with us first. We, moderate muslims, do not fight in Singapore since non-muslims respect our religion here and why should we fight if they do not even fight with us first.
