I am confused: Kindly clarify

Read Holy Quran with your Eyes & Hearts and try to understand the very Messages of Holy Quran. Unless you are a Scholar, Scientist, Physicist, Economist Or other Professionals, you will never learn the True Message of Holy Quran. Holy Quran is not for any Ordinary Muslims or Non-Muslims, Mullah & Grand Mufti of Saudi Arabia.

You claim that one needs to be either a scholar, a scientist or a professional to understand the Qur'an. Aren't you contradicting the Qur'an here? Let me put forth the exact verse from the Qur'an which says exactly the opposite of what you say:

The following verse is repeated 4 times in Surah Qamar (55:17, 55:22, 55:32, 55:40)

And We have indeed made the Qur'an easy to understand and remember: then is there any that will receive admonition?
وَلَقَدْ يَسَّرْنَا الْقُرْآنَ لِلذِّكْرِ فَهَلْ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ

Furthermore, why do you think God would create something which most of his creations would find hard to understand? Dont you think that God's word should be understood by one and all.
