I would like to point out that Islam has been tragically misunderstood and it is because of people like Paul that this problem exists. Had he take the time or effort to actually work out what Islam is about and what it stands for he would have realised that it is one of the fastest growing religions in the world and so clearly does have a place in society.

For those of you who have been put into the unfortunate position of having been fed false information about Islam, I would like to put across that Islam is a religion that strives to eliminate fear, oppression and corruption. Those who fully understand the REAL religion of Islam and not the false ideologies or far fetched opinions imposed by those who have no real direction or foundation of the religion, will know that in essence Islam is in fact the only religion in the world that is a way of life, a religion that recognises the mental, spiritual and physical aspects of the human being, a unique faith which is open to all despite their nationalities, background or race, a religion that is fair and honest. So tell me, can you answer why Islam is the fastest growing religion in the world today?

Surely not all who follow it do so blindly; there must be a reason behind why it's spreading so fast. Do we not live in a country where democracy has a place and therefore can choose which religion to follow? Does one not stop to ponder and realise that there is more to a particular faith than the ignorance of some give it credit for?

It is a sad truth that ignorance sparks a fear of the unknown. Only a narrow minded person can come up with the assumption or comments left by Paul. Islam is all for knowledge, in fact one of the foundations of the religion is education and the importance of it. Education in turn reflects a stable career which, in turn, reflects surplus does it not? And what nonsense is this!? Again quoting Paul "…and worst an evil regime based on murder, corruption & fear." Again, it depends which so called ‘texts' or ‘sources' are being referred to here. If someone like Paul can be pulled into the falsehood of the so called truth about what Islam is really about, then I wonder who is guilty of being far from intelligent here. Murder, corruption and fear are unfortunately 3 aspects of life we are surrounded by, but it is important to remember that no religion is destructive; it is the people and people alone who give a particular faith a bad name.

Whether anyone likes it or not, Islam is a religion of peace, and this in itself has been taken out of context in today's society and that is a fact. If you want to learn about the real religion of Islam, then I urge you to visit the right, truthful Islamic sites, not the ones set up by those who have nothing better to do with their lives but to sit there and concoct ridiculous stories in a bid to pull down of the strongest and fastest growing religions the world has ever known....
