Reader comment on item: [Pakistani Christians and] A War Against What?
in response to reader comment: reply to islam, religion of peace

Submitted by James (United States), Jul 2, 2006 at 23:32

Come on man, prisons are full of people who did what they had to do. Alcohol is not forbidden in Christianity, nor is anyother substance, sin is not putting a substance into your body it is becoming enslaved by a desire that is the sin. but I digress, for anyone can quote history and try to paint themselves right by their own canvas. but the truth of the matter is that I don't believe in my own government, I dont trust them either, but the whole lot of muslims are the most double talking, justifying , dishonest people. On one hand they preach of the peace that is Islam, while woven into the whole tapestry was is the concept of Jihad. Ridiculous. And even though the invasion on Iraq may have been misguided, it was not immoral, Saddam was evil.
