Support for Chris ClarkReader comment on item: [Pakistani Christians and] A War Against What? Submitted by Monty (United Kingdom), Nov 21, 2002 at 18:48 In support, may I submit the following observations from the UK?1. No muslim demonstrations against islamic terrorism. ( "Nothing to do with us, none of us are gangsters. " ). 2. Many muslim demonstrations against the USA, UK, and the war against terrorism. ( " Don't you dare do anything that offends our gangsters." ). The religion is the problem. That is because the congregation will never break ranks, regardless of the subsequent body count. ( " Not us, just dead kufar" ). Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please. Comments are screened and in some cases edited before posting. Reasoned disagreement is welcome but not comments that are scurrilous, off-topic, commercial, disparaging religions, or otherwise inappropriate.
