Islam and the love for jihadReader comment on item: [Pakistani Christians and] A War Against What? Submitted by Ashok Mathew (United Arab Emirates), Dec 7, 2008 at 13:12 It is very difficult for muslims to alienate themselves from the word jihad. While there may be many instances of disrespect for their religion by the west it should be noted that muslims have not been of any real benefit to this century of mankind excpet for the countries that sit on tonnes of oil in the middle east. Besides that the remaining lot are embroiled in their fanatic love for their religion with no real sense of responsibility. Most of them do not worry about the growing population as religion seems to be saying of increase in numbers. Muslims fight agaisnt non muslims in India citing opression of muslims in palestine by the israelis and then relate it to muslim opression in India or kashmir while their own folks rot in poverty in countries like pakistan, afghanistan, bangladesh. Education is not supported and thus leading to poverty attracting the will to join forces that teach inhuman acts in the name of heaven and virgins waiting in heaven. This is not mentioned in any religion and if the jihadis teach this they are insulting islam and its preacher. The world should condemn and unite to isolate such countires and take action if required by force to eradicate this plague from this planet.
