in response to reader comment: The final solution: ethics

I am not a muslim, first. but a Christian.

I feel you are a reasonable one than most of the violent terriorist-style muslim, after I read your comments.

But I just wonder , why you muslim so obsessioned about you so called holy-land? Why can not you share peacefully with other religions and wait its coming of doom days, for the judge, to see which one is right? Maybe you are not so confidentl about your rightousness. so you have to resort to violence, to sword.

But Hamas or jihad fighters are smarter than you. They know they won't win if they go back to invent tank and helicopters. In that process, they would learn knowledge, doubt their believes, and turn away from bias. They are afraid of that change. So they would keep on their current status.

Acutally, if a half of your muslim go to change the fighting way as you suggested, most of them would change their beliefs, means and become not so indulged in the vain aim "recovering the holy land".

The blind do not wish to see the lights , that would be uncomfortable if they are not courageous enough. Remember in movie "Matrix 1", there is a guy cypho. who do not want to face the truth and want to be blinded. Truth and self-denying is painful. In your way to work out tanks, helicoptors, and train "well-trained sophisticated army", muslims will feel this pain and avert from your false-aim.

That is why Hamas only want those kids to recite quran and blowing up people now. They do not want them to be "sophisticated" enough to defy Hamas.

that is why you mohammad said " 1. Don't bother to warn the disbelievers. Allah has blinded them. Theirs will be an awful doom" (Quran Surah 2: The Cow). He was smarter than you. he knew if you tried to lighten/persuade others, you will lost your wrong belief, though it is good for you, but bad for him.

So I believe the more you seriously work/learn, the more you will avert the islam, the other choice is to bury your head in sand, as the hamas terrorists that you look down, at least that could keep you from suffering painful self-denying and you could be enjoying the happiness of no-thought, or think/act like inferior existence.

That is painful, though I support you go to learn and work out a fleet of tank and apache. I am sure you would change your mind on your way to your cuurent aims. The true islam is hamas's islam, it has no rich tradition, except turning human to be "suicide/homicide" bomb-carrier...
