The some of ayah must have been revealed in Makkah and this long ayah must have been revaeled i Madinah, but that does not mean that it is not a Makki Surah. A Makki Surah is a Surah in which some of the ayat were revealed in Makkah before the Hijrah. A Madani Surah was revealed after the hijrah.

There are a few complications, I have no idea what an Ahmadee is, nor do I speak Urdu. Suprisingly the only language that I speak with any fluency is English.
