The name Muhammad is implied..

The Quran was sent to Muhammad, so if Allah says "And we have only sent you as a rahmah for all mankind," he is talking to Muhammad. He is always talking to Muhammad unless he says "oh you who believe..." or "oh you who disbelieve..."

Why do you take me for a fool? And why are you so arrogant?
