Why would you use a blog from a "scholar" who thinks he knows Islam?

Reader comment on item: Uncovering Early Islam
in response to reader comment: Our dear Adil is saying that the Bible is not a corrupted book! I smell riots!

I do not know why you supported your opinion with the blog of a man who thinks that there is a person called Quthm Ibn Abd Al-Lat. I wonder who he is. Could you give me more evidence to show that he existed? I do know of a man named Muhammad, and I know that was sent as a mercy for all mankind. Allah did tell me that I, along with everyone on Earth should believe in all the Messenger and Prophets. The Quran says that if I do not believe in Allah or Messengers and Prophets, then I will not enter Jannah.

Allah does not have a son. He blew the soul of Isa into Maryam he did not do any more than that.
