So where does it say that dawah is haram?

Q14:4 so can you tell us what does it say? Hint: Islam is the religion of the Arabs only and al-Da3wa wa al-Tabligh are against Allah's grand plan and that if I'm a kifir then we can only blame Allah

Do you see why Mirza Ghulam your idol was a big time liar?

Actually, we are obligated to make dawah.
