No the quote doesn't. And isn't that oh-so-convenient for the terrorists? Make it seem as though it is the religion at fault and not the people involved.

Transgression is going beyond bounds of moral principals or established standards of behaviour (as google quotes) and isn't bombing the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center considered a transgression?

As for the attacks on Mumbai, tell me, wasn't it Pakistan who did it (I'm only identifying the rumours I heard). Being a MUSLIM INDIAN myself, I can only imagine why anyone would want to kill so many innocent in Mumbai who weren't just non Muslims but believers too!

I beg you Rajeev not to consider ALL muslims capable of murder or Islam as a religion that tells its followers to kill innocents just for the sake of jihad.. you'll become another one of those who refuses to see the truth.

The "truth" is pretty simple - It's all a conspiracy. And as for jihad, it is only applicable when DEFENDING one's nation or religion (and thus defensive in nature) not simply killing innocents for no apparent reason (thus NOT offensive).

And you right, the 9/11 attacks of others by Al Qaeda were to satisfy their selfish desires than to actually help Islam. I mean tell me, by all these attacks all these radical muslims have accomplished is root a hatred in the hearts of the non-Muslims, making them more resistant to the religion itself.
