Religion

For thousands of years the inhabitants of earth have been killing each other in the sake of one God or the other or one religion or the other. Islamic extremism is as bad today as Christianinty was during the Christian Crusades and the Inquisition. All religions have been responsible for the he deaths of millions of people throughout history. Think what it would be like if there was no religion, The likelyhood of conflict would be greatly reduced. Religion, all religion, is a scurge on humanity. I personally do not believe in fairy tales, mother goose, superman or any other ficticious character. Nor do I believe in any imaginary God or Gods. All these believe are of the same foundation. Just think what it would be like if there was no religion. We could all live in harmoney and peace and not have extreme behaviors dictated by a select few (such as the imposition of Sharia or Islamic religious law). Please keep an open mind and think about it.
