Jihad doesn't mean terrorism.

Reader comment on item: What is Jihad?

Submitted by Thuha Nnguyentong (Viet Nam), Oct 17, 2004 at 02:41

I have read your comments on "What is Jihad" and I agree with many of them. I myself think that religions were created to satisfy spiritual demands of human beings, therefore, no religions are regarded as terrorism. So-called "jihad" which is considered terrorism only includes some extreme believers who claim them as jihadist groups.i would like to say that the current counter-terrorism war should aim at these cells , not all Muslims.
