in response to reader comment: MUSLIMS MUST NOT HAVE ANY SPECIAL RELATIONSHIP DEEPER WITH NON-MUSLIMS-PROVEN

>>Pagans are treated to be unclean and the Quran warns us not to have any special relationship with them as mentioned below:<<

If pagans are unclean in the sight of Allah why did He create them? Can you answer this question?

>>You are not born at the time of history and you do not even meet the slave girl that had special relationship with Muhammad. How do you know whether the history is true and not the person that wrote the history distorted the fact and tried to cause Muhammad to be put into shame?<<

Nor were you born at the time of Muhammad nor were the authors of the Cambridge History of Islam. How do you know the stories your parents and the madrassa teachers (who were also not live at the time of the prophet) told you about Muhammad are true?

I quote from people who lived closer to the time of the prophet: Ibn Ishaq, Ibn Saad, Tabari, Malik Ibn Anas, Bukhari. These people were all Mulims and lived much closer to the time of the prophet than the authors your historians of Cambridge. If you check in your book from these historians you will find that they also refer extensively to these ancient historians.

>> If the story stated is fact, how do you know whether that slave muslim? If that slave should be a muslim, we should not accuse Muhammad since Muhammad was with muslim slave.<<

What if that slave that had known by Muhammad before and they were married husband and wife, the history about their sexual lifestyle should not be accused since Muslims could have more wives as Allah allows.<<

Mary Qibtiyya was an Egptian Christian slave girl gifted to the prophet by Muqawaqqis a high official of Egypt. Rayhana bint Amr was acquired as slave from the Banu Quraiza tribe after Muhammad had all the males murdered including her husband.

Muhammad's marriage to Saffia the Jew girl the acquired after having her husband tortured and killed was not halal. By Islamic law he could marry a Jew but since her husband was newly dead he should have waited the mandatory two menstrual periods before marrying her. He married her the same night he had her close family members killed.

>>Bear in mind that as we were not born at the time of Muhammad, many things we could not know if the person that wrote the history did not highlight to us the relationship between Muhammad and the slave. Not only that, the person that wrote the history did not mention whether the slave was really a muslim or non-muslim.<<

Check any biography of Muhammad and it will tell you that Maria was a Coptic Christian slave and Rayhana was acquired by Muhammad as a slave after he had her tribe massacred.

>>However, from the verses in the Holy Quran, we know with certainity that that slave must be a muslim.<<

The verses in the Koran don't speak of Maria or Rayhana or any of his wives except Zainab.
