Reader comment on item: Amazon.com's Koran Desecration Problem

Submitted by Patti Brill (United States), May 27, 2005 at 07:23

I believe that this whole thing about defacing the Koran is over blown.
Where is the proof this really even happened? I am sick of the "woe is me "
attitude expressed by many Muslims over every little slight, whether contrived or
real.

The Bible and Torah have been trashed for years. Why should Amazon.com aplogise for something beyond their control if this event really happened?
