Can we verify credentials

I wonder if it's possible to confirm the credentials of Ms. Azza Basarudin. While I was trolling the net I found this link off her cached web reference which, by the way, is no longer posted. This is the page on UCLA where she is listed.


The AWID web site lists Ms. Basarudin as "Dr. Azza Basarudin'". Hopefully this is just sloppy reporting on the part of a zealous student. However, in the absence of a PhD or similar degree doesn't this amount to actionable misconduct and isn't it subject to appropriate disciplinary action?
