You may like to know that I have e-mailed the following to Amazon:

The Koran is a book like any other. Kowtowing to Jihadists is either moral cowardice or 'good business'. Can you tell me why we should go on buying books from a company like yours with a policy of treating a book 'holy' under pressure from medieval bully boys?
