Why tiptoe around piety?

Reader comment on item: Amazon.com's Koran Desecration Problem

Submitted by Laina Farhat-Holzman (United States), May 21, 2005 at 13:12

Dear Ms. Smith:
This business about the defaced Koran smacks mightily of the finger in Wendy's chili.

I am tired of Muslims demanding that we tiptoe around their piety. We do not need to honor piety of anyone in this country. Islam could use a little religious criticism; it would greatly improve it.
