Mr. Pipes, there are ways.....but we must learn from the masters. Islamic regimes worldwide have expelled Jews, Christians as well as any organization that is not non-Muslim. The Israel government is doing it as we speak to its own people....Gaza. ....and this is all done without any worldwide demonstrations. There are no condemnation from the governments of the free world or the UN.
