What they want is of no importance if they lack the means to obtain it.
Negate their power as nation states by using fuel alternatives and crushing their economies.
Negate their power as individuals by expelling the fifth column infiltrating slowly into the West.
They will return to their pre oil boom status: unimportant relics from the dustbin of history.
