The emperor - or rather the Caliph - has no clothes

Reader comment on item: What Do Terrorists Want? [A Caliphate and Shari'a]

Submitted by Joshua Truax (United States), Jul 27, 2005 at 14:01

Ever so slowly, Western civilization and even Western media outlets are now beginning to wake up to what Islamists are really fighting for. The question now becomes, how long before the Islamists, after all these years of trying to obfuscate their agenda, realize that the jig is up?

War may be deception to the Islamists, but their problem is that, in terms of their long-range goal of outright global conquest, their deception is becoming harder and harder to maintain. Is the day on the horizon - as I suspect it is - when they finally dispense with it?
