Reader comment on item: What Do Terrorists Want? [A Caliphate and Shari'a]

Submitted by Saud (Netherlands), Jun 9, 2012 at 18:34

It's quite funny this. "what do terrorists want? [a caliphate]". That's wrong, every muslim in this world wants a caliphate. It's just a matter of time that we are gonna achieve that goal. Once these corrupt, greedy politicians are gone, just like Mubarak, Kadafi, Ben Ali and Saleh, the Islamic Caliphate will return.

Then western countries have no power in the region anymore, and that's your real worry. That's why the media tries to slander Islam, by calling all these non-muslim suicide bombers "muslim terrorists". ... to scare people, to make them think that Islam is like a cancer trying to take over the world. Obviously, you don't know the history of Islam and how it has spread. Not by the sword, but by the tongue. You should read Surah Al Kafirun (the Disbelievers). That will show you that real muslims don't care what you believe or think. We don't need you to be muslim.
