Sak, the current genocide being carried out against the blacks of Darfur are being committed with the full consent, knowledge, and backing of the Arab Sudanese government. There is a definite racial component to these attacks.

Previous to these attacks in Darfur by the Arab Janjaweed, black Christians in Southern Sudan were the victims of similar attacks.

These are not random bands of "criminals."
