Muhammad in his life time told many lies. His biggest lie was calling himself a prophet from God. Muhammad failed the test of prophethood therefore he was not from God. During his life time he told many lies. He broke several treaties he had with other tribes and attacked them by surprise. ...

... When his people asked him for a miracle he declined, claiming that the koran is a miracle of itself. That's sounds like the answer of someone who's trying to fool a people. The koran was not compiled in Muhammad's time. All the verses were memorized by his followers and passed on from generation to generation. The first complete koran didn't come about untill 200 years after his death.

The koran is full of errors and contradictions. For example:

Till, when he [the traveller Zul-qarnain] reached
the setting-place of the sun,
he found it going down into a muddy spring, ...
-- Sura Sura 18:86

This is a complete scientific blunder. Suggesting that a man saw the sun setting in a muddy spring. This of course reflects the way of thinking which prevailed at that time. Back then they believed the earth was flat, therefore one can see the setting of the sun. The koran is full of such scientific blunders.
