Why do blacks continue to be Christian?

Susan,
If we look at your statement from a rational point of view then we can say the same thing about Christianity. Why would blacks continue to be Christians after whites used the Bible as an excuse to enslave blacks and treat them like animals. Even today whites continue to treat blacks bad. Also, with the declining morality of blacks with the majority being Christians. Why do they continue to hold on to a faith that is failing them? Look at the breadown of the black family and crime rate. African Americans who convert to Islam are not doing it for the love of Arabs or any race. They are answering the call of God. It is the pleasure of God they seek.
