hisham, let me say with 100 per cent accuracy that islam and politics is mixed. Which islamic country whic declare that islam is not their state religion or the govt have nothing to with islam? All islamic countries use all kinds of islamic laws instead of the common law or the the law approved by the people. Saddam Hussein, osama, ayatoallah komeni etc have declared jihad before. They used the islam weapon to incite violence and hatred.
