You quoted many passages, but you really asked two questions. Namely was Mary the wife of God? And what does Jesus mean when he called himself the Son of God?

1. Mary did not have conjugal relations with God. That's a question muslims frequently ask. I think it's blasphemous to ask such a question in the first place. The Bible states that Mary concieved by intervention of the Holy Spirit.

Luke:1:28-35
28 And coming to her, he said, "Hail, favored one! The Lord is with you."
29 But she was greatly troubled at what was said and pondered what sort of greeting this might be.
30 Then the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
31 Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall name him Jesus.
32 He will be great and will be called Son of the Most High, 11 and the Lord God will give him the throne of David his father,
33 and he will rule over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end."
34 But Mary said to the angel, "How can this be, since I have no relations with a man?" 12
35 And the angel said to her in reply, "The holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God.

As you can see, the angel Gabriel said nothing about mary physically having relation with God. Jesus was born by intervention of the Holy Spirit, which is not a physical entity.

2. You want to know the why Jesus calls himself the Son of God? In the Holy trinity there is God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. Jesus is from the same essence as God, in other words equal with God.

"I and the Father are one." 31The Jews took up stones again to stone Him. 32Jesus answered them, "I showed you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you stoning Me?" 33The Jews answered Him, "For a good work we do not stone You, but for blasphemy; and because You, being a man, make Yourself out to be God," (John 10:30-33)

The reason the Jews tried to kill him was because they what Jesus implied when he called himself the Son of God. The Jews knew that Jesus was saying his from the same essence as God. We are all sons of God, but Jesus is the only begotten Son of God.

John 1:14 "And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life"

John 3:18 "He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."

1 John 4:9 "In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him."
