He does not actually make speeches, and what's with her?

When you listen to Barak Obama giving a speech, take note that he is only making short, sometimes rapid-fire statements, not a flowing speech. And interesting that the First Lady does not believe that she is representing the country 24/7. At least that is what she said about her exiting Air Force One in some tacky, casual shorts. When we had the offshore oil spill and a solution was thought to be coming soon, in his speech at the shoreline podium, he said, "The buck stops with me!" in an effort to make himself look like a super-hero. But the second the proposed solution failed, he divorced himself from the whole situation. This is his normal tactic, and his ideas for change are not well thought out. He tries to claim credit for anything that might make him look good and successful as a president, but everything he touches turns to poo-doo.
