Ignorance, hypocrisy and arrogance

Reader comment on item: Barack Obama through Muslim Eyes
in response to reader comment: Islam will enter every home on this earth

Objectionable passages in T's advertisement of Islam:

"The truth we are told is that Islam will enter every home on this earth is being testified in this era, with the advancement of technologies and telecommunication and transportation."

Don't take technology for granted. Muslims did either nothing or very little in developing these technologies. Which is not discreditable by itself but what makes is discreditable is that Muslims called the developer of these technologies names: Kafir, false religion, sinners, misguided etc.

We are called Muslims by God as the true religion of Abraham and all other prophets

This is arrogance mingled with ignorance. God did not call you anything. You called yourself whatever you wanted to. The title 'True religion of Abraham' --if that title carries any weight-- must go to people who are humble and loving and not to people who resort to violence at the flick of a hat.

As Muslims stand today they count 1.5 billion compared to 1.8 billion christians and statistics says that in 20 years time, Muslims will count more than the Christians for the first time.

When our planet is starved for resources, unless you achieve this goal through conversions achieved with humility and love (try Gautam Buddha), thsi goal is more a cause of shame than fame. It is not worth bragging about.

We should mention in here that the wars and colonization of the christians countries in Europe that were driven by religion in poor African and asian and latin american were the reason why christianity population have increased considerably than the Muslims,

And, how do you think Islamic population increased? If Muslims were not driven out of Spain what % of Spanish population had been Muslims (hint 98%).

The name Mohammad is the most used name in Belgium capital and it is second used in the UK.

Be very thankful, young man, that these western democracies allow you to immigrate to their countries, do not confiscate your passports on arrival, allow you and your children to be citizens, and above all else have built countries worthy of visiting and immigrating to. Who would like to immigarte to Pakistan? And who would be allowed to immigrate to Saudi Arabia? And Northern Nigeria? And, not to mention, non-Muslim women are pursuing careers and delaying child-birth.

so as you can see, slowly the Muslim names are spreading more than the christian names and the Muslim population is creeping to overcome the christian population in their own countries and homes.

This is shameless self-propaganda.

It is with surprise to see that in the west countries, we don't hear of christians naming their children Jesus except mabe in the spanishing speaking countries, but if you go to any Arab and Muslim country you will find Many Muslims name their children Jesus ("Isa" in Arabic) - because we consider Jesus to be a Muslim prophet (Christianity was introduced long after Jesus left this earth)

More obstinacy. You call Jesus a prophet and call his followers Kafirs. That is very kind of you.
