Reader comment on item: Israel's Unnecessary War
in response to reader comment: Israel's constant mistake

Submitted by Aubie Baltin Ph.D (United States), Jul 22, 2006 at 09:54

No war of self defense is unnecessary.

Hitler could have been stopped in less than a week if the French would have attacked him soon after he seized Alsacse Lorraine. Instead of 1 to 2000 dead, it cost the world 40 million, including 6 million Jews.

After each war, Israel was stopped by the USA from finishing the job and so each war had to be fought all over again and again and again. The one Israel is engaged in now must be finished this time. If not, the next one will involve a nuclear Iran as well as an Hamas and Hezboula that have WMDs. with an excellent possibility for Armageddon to follow.
