Reader comment on item: Israel's Unnecessary War in Lebanon

Submitted by Marvin Perelman (United States), Jul 18, 2006 at 17:13

You are absolutely correct! We are already beginning to see the weakening of Israel's resolve: just return the soldiers and increase the southern buffer zone and all is forgiven. The original demand of Disarming the terrorists is already beginning to appear as just an opening gambit. the next step is negotiating with them for the release of the soldiers (1000 of their terrorists for each soldier).

And finally, allowing the terrorists to return to their homes with UN (i.e.- European "peacekeepers" who blame Israel for this war and cooperated with the terrorists while serving as "peacekeepers").

The only bright spot is George Bush. He steadfastly refuses to bow to them, stands his ground against the entire Jew-hating world and I hope will serve as an example to Olmert in standing up to the entire pack of wolves.
