How sad that you are right

Reader comment on item: Israel's Unnecessary War in Lebanon

I agree with your every word, it is unfortunate but true. I want Israel to be victorious and to then leave all appeasement behind, but I feel the opposite will happen or should I say I fear it. It is so frustrating to see the corrosive elements on the left and not be able to anything about them. Free speech these days is the religious mantra of the left used only to bash all of the things that make the civilized world civil. The very people they bash are the same ones that will end up protecting them from terror.

The left in Israel are so willing to give up even now. How many bombs must they see killing their people before they see clearly. I have already heard signs of Olmert willing to stop fighting if they give back the soldiers I am sure he will work out some deal. The result Israel will be back at square one. Bring back Netanyahu. he is the clearest thinker I have seen and he will not appease.
