peace keeping force

Reader comment on item: Israel's Unnecessary War in Lebanon

if there is to be a un peacekeeping force deployed in southern lebenon, a move which i pray israel resists at all costs, then i think it should be up to the israelis as to who comprises this force. after all, if its made up of the russians, the french and the syrians, israel may have to beg hezbollah to come back.

to the un: your peacekeeping forces coundnt protect a porta potty. and thats if they had any motivation whatsoever to protect that porta potty. the un's failure as an organization is the root cause for international terrorism. when you let the lunatics run the asylum, this is what you get. thanks but no thanks. the last thing i want to see is the arch anti semite kofi anonymous calling any shots concerned with israeli security. it would be tantamount to turning it over to osama. note the pressure he put on syria and iran. this guy is an abomination, not to be confused with im bombing a nation which is ok with him as long as the nation being bombed is israel.

thank you
