Europe's Moment of Truth

Reader comment on item: Deterring Tehran
in response to reader comment: First, build a coalition

Submitted by LD Cary (United States), May 9, 2006 at 21:15

The Coalition: France, England, Germany, Canada, Australia and the US. 17% probability of ever happening, and that's optimistic. Spain has surrendered. Italy is in political turmoil. Germany will take generations to recover from its guilt. Canada's military has atrophied dramatically. France will not fight--they need to save their energy for their internal battle coming. England and Australia, only, maybe. What coalition?
