If China backed off its support of Iran, stopped buying their oil, Iran would be left to twist in the wind. And there's no reason for China to do that. So the answer is: Iran has no one to fear. Why would Iran's Muslim neighbors fear Iran? They shouldn't, especially Pakistan. Russian should fear them in the long run, but they're too focused on throwing the US under the bus.
