Dr Pipes' forgotten option/ Nuclear letter

Based on the article, Dr Pipes seems to be realy convinced that Iran has no nuclear arms..I think ruling out that possibility is the weakness of this article. This made it come to light a bit late. I buy the probability that Iran is nuclearized militarily and ready for confrontation. Only the Russians know and they are doing the best to end the conflict. Of course in lower politics media is talking about enrichment of Uranium etc..in the real world, that is not the case.

Najad sent a nuclear letter to Bush proposing him new ways of running the world..that meant we are like you, we have what you have and must have a say in world affairs..
