Why use of nukes make no logical sense

To do nothing will mean that Iran can arm their terrorist friends with nukes to strike the West, with what Iran will believe is plausible deniability. But this could also mean a nuclear strike against a neutral or pro-Iranian state via a false flag attack by whomever who already possesses nukes against such in order to gather international support against proliferation and Iran itself . . . Goodbye Caracas, and blame it on Iran's terrorist allies. If Iran has NO nukes, then they cannot be blamed for such an attack.

Also remember that any nuclear strike, particularly above or at ground as opposed to deep earth penetrating munitions, means human casualties decades after the battle is over and the peace is won, i.e., DNA changes causing birth defects, cancers, et al. Also, if Iran struck Israel with nukes, portions would be uninhabitable for all, including Muslims!
