Deterring Tehran

I perceive that we are in the present bad position because of oil. That the oil is located where it is leads to a sea of troubles. About 1/4 of the wealth of the world has been transferred to the oil prodcuing states. Oil users are reluctant to act against oil producers. And the oil producers have all that money to fund terrorists. Added to that is drift. The U.S. drifted right along after the first battle in World War IV happened in 1979 in Tehran. It has continued until 9/11 which should have been a wake-up call. Some waked up but many are still sleeping-most "old" Europeans and many U.S. citizens.

Drift number two is energy drift. No drilling anywhere in the U.S. or off shore, no new refineries, no windmills on Cape Codo, no strict mpg's.

Drift three too much reliance on technology and not enough on human intelligence.

Drift into or persistence in-belief that there is no evil in the world and that rational thinking will set in in our enemy.

Our troubles have been brewing for many years.
