You have quoted a Hadith rightly as:

Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet said "If a house fly falls in the drink of anyone of you, he should dip it (in the drink), for one of its wings has a disease and the other has the cure for the disease." (Sahih Al-Bukhari: Volume 4, Book 54, Number 537)

But you failed to apply it correctly & that is why we (muslims) usually say you (non-muslims) do distort the facts about Islam ( eg Jihad, Women rights, Dhimmi, etc).

Prophet said HOUSE FLY & you mentioned Simulium black fly, Tsetse flies etc just to distort the Hadith. If I say; for instance, Cat is friendly & you come & say Mustapha said Tigar is friendy; are you fair?

Even those flies you mentioned above, their effect is only if they bite you but not if you eat them. The nematode, virus or protozoa works in your blood stream to effect those diseases you mentioned but not in your intestine. Please consult experts on that.

What prophet said DIP IT (in the drink), But never said drink or eat with it. House fly usually falls into drinks with one of its wings up, therefore you dip the other one & remove it. Why not experiment it b/4 condenming?

If you have consulted a learned muslim, you won't have made these mistakes.
