Wasaf's response is cool as it is backed up by history. However, the concept of religion it self means blindness..so one has to introspect if he or she is not blinded by the teachings of the priest and the predikant. It is true that there is only One God and is God of all, but it is also true that only one of the doctrine about God must be true and not all which God Himself has revealed. The Problem is that we are so blinded that we dont see it for example:- Doctrine about God - 1) Judaism: God is One besides who there is no other God, He has no graven images and is particular about shared divinity (interpretaion of Jealous) this also mean he is Only. 2) Christianity: God is Triune God all of them are Gods but yet are One God (sharing divinity) you cannot make out if He is Only. 3) Islam: God is One and Only.

Now Keeping in mind that Judaism rejects Jesus in a big way while Islam accepts Jesus, Its very easy to see that Judaism's concept of God and Islam's (minus Jesus) is identical. Therefore Christianity's concept is the Odd one..Since there is no compulsion one may decide which one to choose. I think the Islamic Concept of God is the right choice cause it has the original concept of Abrahamic Faith about God and it has Jesus in its Belief as well. But again choice is yours. So If Prophet Muhammad taught this concept about God then whats wrong with it. Repeat but again choice is yours.
