USS StarkReader comment on item: "Death to America" Submitted by Chris Bischof (United States), Sep 9, 2002 at 11:30 Mr. Pipes,There is an example of Iraqi aggression against the US which has gone unreported for many years. Maybe you could comment. During the Iran/Iraq War, the USS Stark, a US Navy ship, was patrolling near Iraq. It was struck by an Exocet missile fired by an Iraqi ship. The missile killed 37 sailors. Very little was made of this incident, probably because of our support of Iraq in its fight with Iran.
