I appreciate having your email newletter. I read every one.

My wife and I Knew two of the three Indians. Pramrod Gadry was a professor at University of Puget Sound, a liberal arts college in Tacoma. He and his wife Indira also owned and ran in an Indian restaurant in the Tacoma suburb of Lakewood. We did not know the sister-in-law.

The two women were killed in the family home and Pramrod was killed while driving his car not particularly near the home.

We knew husband and wife as freqent customers of their restaurant. They were both very warm, friendly, nice people. The whole community was shocked at the event and nobody had any negative comments to say about them or any suggestions of whom might have a grudge against them. This was unsolved by local police, the FBI and even one of the TV programs about unsolved murders.

I had never heard any theory of who or why they were murdered. What leads you to categorize their murderers as militant Islam?

Law enforcement believes that the militant Islamic group Al-Fuqra carried out these murders.
