though your knowledge of history is good, you seem to have more in common with islamic extremists, you both seek the same answer, indiscriminant force. as for jihad , offensive jihad is just a remnant from the crusades it has no meaning to moderate muslims nowadays, you cant generalise an entire religion just from the actions of extremists, if the same was done with protestants then they would look like a bunch of bloodthirsty rascist fascist willing to kill for their sick ideology a.k.a. kkk.
