WHAT CAN ONE PERSON DO?

Reader comment on item: Ban Islam?

Today, another casualty was added to the multitude of victims cut down by the so-called "Religion Of Peace". Benazir Bhutto, perhaps the last person capable of preventing Pakistan's descent into Islamic nuclear madness, was murdered in a sacred explosion, otherwise known as suicide bombing.

Pakistan, for those who may not be aware, represents the single most likely source of an Islamic nuclear attack against a Western target. Iran, as has widely been reported, remains years from actualizing the technology necessary to build their own atomic bomb. Pakistan, on the other hand, is roiling in Islamic extremism, and the country is perhaps one or two assassinations away from following Iran down the path of hard line Islamic sharia. The implications of what a nuclear-armed Islamic republic of Pakistan would mean to Western civilization chills the blood. But Pakistan is not the only Islamic problem we face.

The pattern is crystal clear. One by one, country by country, the world is being consumed by a dark death cult. And yet, our leaders remain passively anesthetized by the comfortable fiction that Islam is, at its core, peaceful. The joke goes, "how do you tell a moderate Muslim from a radical? The radical is the one cutting your head off with a sword. The moderate is the fellow holding the camera". There is a more than a kernel of truth in this disturbing joke. The radical Muslims are the ones strapping suicide vests to their bodies. The moderates are the ones in business suits on CNN justifying the carnage that ensues.

So, given the dynamics at play, what must we in the West do to protect ourselves? As far as I'm concerned, the first thing that every free thinking person on the face of the earth must do is to spread the truth,, as widely and stridently as possible. Islam is a curse and a nightmare and a plague. Islam seeks to shackle the mind, even as it poisons the spirit. Those who follow Islam find justification in the most heinous acts conceivable to a twisted mind. We should not tolerate Islam in any variation, for in so doing, we tolerate intolerance. And perhaps worst of all, we facilitate those who would seek to destroy us.

If our civilization means anything to us, Islam must be utterly banned from the USA, and like minded bastions of secular Judeo-Christian civilization, as soon as possible. We must come to realize that those who believe in, and follow the Koran, are duty bound to spread Islam by any and all methods possible, including the implementation of suicide bombs and nuclear holocaust. One cannot simultaneously believe in Islam and freedom any more than one can simultaneously breathe water and air. We must finally comprehend that the concepts of Islam and freedom are mutually exclusive. And we must choose which of these we wish to preserve. It is time to stop thinking of Islam as merely just another religion. It is time to start recognizing Islam as the single greatest threat to the continuity of humanity in more than one thousand years. This is the message that must be conveyed. By each of us. Before it is too late...
