Sure you can find unholy verses in almost all so-called holy books. That is why almost all religions, including Islam, are in bad odour with thinking people. Both the pot and the kettle are as black as can be. What counts is the taste of what is inside them.

And what is Islam but a child which carries the genes of its parents, the torah and the bible? All you have done by quoting those verses from the Bible is tell us the source of some of the verses in your Koran. And your selection is poor. I could give some really hair-raising ones from the torah and the bible.

BUT the people who follow these religions have come a long way from what they teach by, as you say, interpretation. Interpretation can neutralize the poison they carry.

BUT the followers of the Koran have not succeed in re-interpreting the Koran to defang it. The seventh century poison remains in the body of Islam and its followers have not succeeded in developing the interpretation anti-dote.

Now you have admitted that the Koran requires interpretation. Why does it require interpretation. You have given the clue by quoting the bible verses. You know that the modern Christians don't pay any heed to these verses. You accept the fact that such inhuman verses exist in the Koran too and need to ‘interpreted' away.

Your are right when you say: ." No Jew,Christian or Muslim is safe…." But not until Osama bin Laden is brought to book but rather until Muslims achieve this taming of the killing, cursing verses in the Koran.

>>and lets not forget in a lot of modern countries now a days. Use more discreet way of the death penalty. But not too long ago did man use chopping the head method or hanging, especially America. Lets say in my Grandparents days they still did it. So the apple don't fall too far from the tree does it?<<

As long as you find justification for what Islam does in what others do or did, like you are now doing, this interpretation to tame it will never occur. Islam has to look at itself in the mirror before finding blemishes in Jewish and Christian faces.
