you know my dear friend I really laughed very much because what you posted meaning the long arabic text by Al-Tabari tells you the same things I told you in my arabic grammer lesson for you but apparently you don't know what you are posting which is so pathetic actually.

وَقَالَ بَعْض نَحْويّي الْكُوفَة : ذَلكَ عَلَى وَجْهَيْن : أَحَدهمَا عَلَى لُغَة بَني الْحَارث بْن كَعْب وَمَنْ جَاوَرَهُمْ , يَجْعَلُونَ الاثْنَيْن في رَفْعهمَا وَنَصْبهمَا وَخَفْضهمَا بالْأَلف . وَقَدْ أَنْشَدَني رَجُل منْ الْأَسَد عَنْ بَعْض بَني الْحَارث بْن كَعْب : فَأَطْرَقَ إطْرَاق الشُّجَاع وَلَوْ رَأَى مَسَاغًا لنَابَاهُ الشُّجَاع لَصَمَّمَا قَالَ : وَحَكَى عَنْهُ أَيْضًا : هَذَا خَطّ يَد أَخي أَعْرفهُ , قَالَ : وَذَلكَ وَإنْ كَانَ قَليلًا أَقْيَس , لأَنَّ الْعَرَب قَالُوا

This one speaks about that what I told you in the previous comments that it was used like that in parts of the arabic lands and specifically the tribe of "Harith Ibn Ka'b where they used to "yolzem almothana belalef" in all cases"

لَا تَرَى أَنَّهَا تَعْمَل فيمَا يَليهَا , وَلَا تَعْمَل فيمَا بَعْد الَّذي بَعْدهَا , فَتَرْفَع الْخَبَر وَلَا تَنْصبهُ , كَمَا نَصَبْت الاسْم , فَكَانَ مَجَاز " إنَّ هَذَان لَسَاحرَان " , مَجَاز كَلَامَيْن , مَخْرَجه : إنَّهُ : إي نَعَمْ , ثُمَّ قُلْت : هَذَان سَاحرَان . أَلَا تَرَى أَنَّهُمْ يَرْفَعُونَ الْمُشْتَرَك كَقَوْل ضَابئ : فَمَنْ يَكُ أَمْسَى بالْمَدينَة رَحْله فَإنّي وَقَيَّار بهَا لَغَريب وَقَوْله : إنَّ السُّيُوف غُدُوّهَا وَرَوَاحهَا تَرَكْت هَوَازن مثْل قَرْن الْأَعْضَب قَالَ : وَيَقُول بَعْضهمْ : إنَّ اللَّه وَمَلَائكَته يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبيّ , فَيَرْفَعُونَ عَلَى شَركَة الابْتدَاء , وَلَا يَعْمَلُونَ فيه إنَّ

Again this part of the tafseer explains what I said which is "the word " in" is for confirmation but with the meaning of " na'am" (yes) which invalidates its work and it doesn't affect the next sentence and that the word "hadhan" is " mobtada' marfoo' belalef""

Now seriously I feel sorry for you, please go gain some knowledge.
